1. Information we collect

Waiver information: parent or guardian name, phone, email, child’s name and date of birth, optional allergy or emergency-contact notes, your initials and signature, and the date, time, IP address and device information of the signing (for the legal audit trail).

Booking and contact information you give us by phone, email, text or at the front desk, such as party details and guest counts.

Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Embedded Google Maps may also set cookies.

2. How we use it

To check families in, keep children safe, keep a legal record of signed waivers, email you a copy of your waiver, manage memberships and parties, answer your questions and improve our website.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run WaWa Fun Island, under confidentiality obligations: ShuiLink (website, online waiver and front-desk software), email delivery providers, Google (analytics and maps) and our payment processor. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.

4. Children’s information

Our website is meant for parents and guardians. We collect a child’s name, date of birth and any health notes only from the parent or guardian, through the waiver, so that we can check the child in and keep them safe.

5. How long we keep it

Signed waivers are kept for as long as they may be needed as a legal record. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Security

Signed waiver PDFs are stored in a secure database and are available only to authorized WaWa Fun Island staff through a login. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing emails at any time. Contact us using the details below. Some records, such as signed waivers, may need to be kept for legal reasons.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies.
