1. Who we are

WaWa Fun Island (Wawa Fun Island Inc.) operates an indoor playground for children 6 months to 7 years old at 226 Kings Hwy, Brooklyn, NY 11223. Phone 929-525-1818 · wawafunisland@gmail.com.

2. Waiver required

A parent or legal guardian must sign the WaWa Fun Island Release Agreement (our online waiver) before a child may play. Every child at a birthday party also needs a waiver signed by their own parent or guardian.

The signed Release Agreement is a separate binding contract. If anything in these Terms conflicts with it, the Release Agreement controls.

3. Admission & open play

Open play is sold per child and includes one accompanying adult. Current prices are posted on our Pricing page and at the front desk and are subject to 8.875% New York sales tax. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of purchase applies.

Admission is subject to capacity. Hours may change for holidays, private events or maintenance. Time limits on tickets are measured from check-in.

We may refuse or end admission, without refund, for anyone who does not follow our rules or staff instructions or who creates an unsafe situation.

4. Supervision

WaWa Fun Island is not a drop-off facility. Children must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult (18+), who stays on-site and is responsible for the child’s behavior and safety.

5. Health, safety & house rules

Please keep sick children at home. Socks are required for everyone in the play area — no shoes and no bare feet. No strollers in the play area, no toys from home, no rough or reckless play, feet first down the slides. The complete list is on our Policies page and posted in the playground.

Staff may authorize basic first aid and call emergency services if needed; any medical costs are the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

6. Multi-visit packs

Multi-visit packs (for example Buy 5 Get 1 Free and Buy 10 Get 3 Free) are for open play and are used one visit per child per check-in. Any additional conditions are shown at the time of purchase.

7. Memberships

Membership is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once activated, the membership can not be paused or placed on hold.

Membership is linked to one specific child and must only be used for that child.

Open play sessions are limited to 2 hours per visit. No reservations are required. Members may come in during open play hours.

One free adult is allowed per child member. Additional adults will be charged $5 each if they outnumber children.

Children must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult. Birthday party discounts apply only to active members and must be used only for the child tied to the membership. The party must take place during the member term and within two weeks of the child's birthday.

8. Birthday parties & private events

Party packages, included items, extension rates and the extra-child fee ($25 each) are listed on our Birthday Parties page. Party prices are plus 8.875% tax and a 15% service fee.

Your date is reserved once we confirm your booking. Deposit, final guest count, payment timing and any cancellation or reschedule terms are confirmed with you in writing when you book — please read them before you pay.

Each package includes 30 minutes of setup time. Parties that run past the booked time are charged the extension rate for your package. Outside food and cake are welcome; please leave the space as you found it.

9. Personal property

Please empty pockets and remove jewelry before play. WaWa Fun Island is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken personal items, including strollers, phones and clothing.

10. Photos & video

As described in the Release Agreement, we may take photos and videos in the facility for marketing. Please respect other families’ privacy and avoid photographing other people’s children without permission.

11. Using our website

You may use wawafunisland.com for personal, non-commercial purposes. Text, photos, videos, logos and design on the site belong to WaWa Fun Island or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Reviews shown on the site come from Google and belong to their authors.

The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep prices, hours and information accurate, but mistakes can happen; the prices and terms confirmed at the front desk or in your booking confirmation apply. Links to other websites (such as Google Maps or our eSign provider) are provided for convenience.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Claims relating to injury or use of the facility are handled as set out in the Release Agreement, including its arbitration provisions.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies.
